Olivier Alexandre

Between his daily life as an urban planner and his activities around documentary making, Olivier Alexandre sometimes has the feeling of being a character with two heads! His career as a geographer constitutes its common core, with a keen eye focused on the relationship that individuals form with their living spaces. He has found in the mountains a privileged place to observe and tell this relationship: within the framework of his own films, as a cinematographer or in the collective organization of the Rencontres Montagnes et Sciences festival.
